Great hotel, amazing staff. We recently went on a city break and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the restaurant had a nice variety of foods. The staff members were attentive and always willing to help. The hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist spots and we were able to take advantage of the city's attractions with ease. One major advantage was the excellent spa services offered by the hotel, which provided the perfect respite for us after a long day of sightseeing.

Limited nightlife options.

Frenldly staff and amazing grounds. Away from the hassle of Sousse thought just a quick ride in.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff, from the receptionists to the waiters and cleaners, were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The size of our room was impressive, providing us with plenty of space and comfort. We opted for the all-inclusive option, and it was definitely worth it, offering great value for money. The quality and variety of the food at the restaurant exceeded our expectations. The hotel had two swimming pools, including a shallow water area, perfect for families with children. The beach, right in front of the hotel, was a beautiful addition to the already stunning surroundings.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel itself was very clean.

However, the overall vibe of the hotel was very much Brits Abroad and not what we expected at all. The Royal Kenz advertises itself as a adult only arabic feel hotel, it was not like this at all. The evening entertainment was like being at Butlins and we could have been in the Costa del Sol not in Tunisia. The beach was very small and the sunbeds filled up quickly (people slipped the beach attendant some cash to bag a sunbed). The spa is independently owned and you must pay to use this facility. I thought the treatments would have to be paird for but not the general use of the facilities.

- NO Wi-Fi ANYWHERE in the Hotel (nor in the room neither in the common areas) therefore... if you are internet addicted... look for another hotel! ;)

The pool bars were a great idea with the friendly bar staff eager to serve up cocktails and beers. The spacious pool areas had plenty of sun loungers available with no need to rush in the morning to reserve them. The location of the hotel was close to some great local shops and markets, easy to walk to and explore.

The food left a lot to be desired with very limited options and lack of variety. The rooms were in need of a deep clean and the housekeeping staff were unresponsive to our requests.

It is a good hotel for its style - for group travelers who don't really care for the country they are in. The hotel is very well organized and is able to accommodate a large number of guests with a proper service and enough space for everybody. Many activities organized.

The hotel is close to the sea, but in an area with a lot of other big hotels and the water is not particularly clean.

All the other guests seem only the British pack tourists and the timing for breakfast and dinner are very restricted. Also, the meals are somehow downgraded to the mixture of British and Mediteranian. Do not recommend to have meals at hotel.

The hotel has a good location, close to local shops and in walking distance to the show area and marina. The rooms have nice views and come with tea, coffee, water, fruit, and toiletries. The staff is friendly and provides good service.

The hotel has limited options for lunch and dinner, and the food is not very appetizing.

We loved the size of our room, spacious and super comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always so helpful with anything we needed. The hotel had two swimming pools, one with a shallow water area, and a private beach right in front of it, perfect for a relaxing day. Also, the quality and variety of the food at the restaurant were fantastic, and all-inclusive was excellent value.
